COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) _ Worthington Industries Inc. (WOR) on Wednesday reported net income of $80.3 million in its fiscal fourth quarter.

The Columbus, Ohio-based company said it had profit of $1.61 per share. Earnings, adjusted for restructuring gains, were $1.58 per share.

The metal manufacturer posted revenue of $1.52 billion in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $379.4 million, or $7.44 per share. Revenue was reported as $5.24 billion.
